Marie has over fifteen years experience working in the public sector and has considerable experience building relationships with community groups and grass roots organisations, professional bodies, Royal Colleges and trades unions.

Ian Kaye

Aligned's Finance Director

Ian is the Finance Director of Aligned London and has been looking at all things financial for a very long time. Originally trained in one of the
big 4 accounting firms he later completed his MBA at Cranfield School of Management.

Adam Bartlett

Editorial Illustrator, Fine Artist

Adam is a former fashion print designer and is now a full time artist, specialising painting and illustration. Common themes are that of nature and still life, both abstract and surreal, inspired by a mixture of Mughal and contemporary art.

Carys Boughton

Editorial Illustrator

Carys has worked on a wide range of commissions, and is now primarily focused on editorial illustration. Her clients thus far have been mostly non-profit publications and organisations, such as OpenDemocracy, Reprieve, and EachOther (formerly RightsInfo). 

Matt Camfield

Web Developer and Designer

Matthew comes from a solid 18 years in the design industry spanning across web, digital, print, computer games & anything else in between. He has directed several short films as well as writing and art directing adverts across a wide range of media.

Lewis Campbell

Animator and Illustrator

Lewis specialises in such disciplines as painting, illustration and animation. Campbell’s work projects a layer of mystery over the real world by extracting hidden details from imagination, observation, nature and experimentation.

Ella Road

Writer, Playwright and Screenwriter

Ella is an editorial writer, playwright and screenwriter making projects for theatre, film, TV and radio. Ella came to scriptwriting through training as an actor and occasionally still acts if you ask nicely. She also writes the occasional poem. 

Colin Gordon

3D Animator and Illustrator

Colin works as an artist in the games industry, designing and animating characters in 2D and 3D.
He is also a traditional illustrator, and has worked with London Burlesque Festival on their design and artwork for over 14 years. 

Jenni Sparks

Illustrator and Map Maker

Jenni's detailed, informative and often humorous maps have been featured in international newspapers and publications and exhibited around the world. Her London map was enlarged to cover the floor of Gatwick Airport as a public artwork.

Erin Hopkins

Filmmaker and Photographer

Erin is a director, filmmaker photographer, camera operator and editor who has worked on a variety of video productions within the television and film industry since graduating in 2012 with a BA in Film Production. 

Marc Sethi

Photographer

Marc is a photographer working across commercial and editorial photography, including projects within the music industry and travel documentary. Clients include: Brit Awards, Vanity Fair, Nike, Timberland, West Ham and National Geographic.

Margaret Perry

Writer

Margaret Perry writes for theatre, screen and radio.

She also runs playwriting workshops for universities and organisations including The National Theatre, Birmingham Rep and The Bush Theatre.

Lorenzo Berni

Lorenzo is a corporate, fashion and portrait photographer from Milan. In his work he is often looking for a sense of intimacy and connection with the concept of transformation. He is inspired by movement and shape composition.

Max Brill

Cinematographer

Max is an established and industry respected DP and lighting camera operator who has worked with clients such as Adidas, GSK, Natwest, Green Party, BBC 2, BBC 3, BBC comedy, Channel 4, Hat Trick Productions, Refinery 29, Vogue, Wired.

Paul Glynn

Producer and Director

Paul is a self-shooting Producer and Director working primarily in observational documentary for terrestrial broadcast. He has a track record of diverse and challenging projects that require a high standard of craft and creativity. 

Tim Gomersall

Filmmaker, Digital and Interactive

Tim is somewhat of a creative chameleon, working in a mixture of mediums, including film, painting, sculpture and interactive experiences. He has worked with many of the worlds largest brands and agencies specialising in film production.

Yeon Sung Lee

Yeon is landscape painter and Illustrator based in London. Her recent work is composed image of transformation, energy, disruption and erosion of non human figures.
